International shipping information

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and once it reaches your country a local courier will take over. The order will be fully tracked - you will receive a tracking number for Royal Mail whilst your order is in the UK and you will receive another tracking number once your order enters the destination country. 

European shipping

Shipping time for European countries is 3-5 working days. It will take longer than this if you live in a more remote location - this does not include delays caused by customs inspections.

Currently unavailable.

It is the customer's responsibility to understand what customs fees they may need to pay and whether the product they are buying is allowed in the country. Platos Vapes does not charge the customs fee upfront as many orders do not not get inspected and no customs fee is applied.
